The replacement process takes place within 1 day only from receiving the order, taking into account that the product is in good condition. There are some conditions to ensure that the process is correct:

2- The shipping policy will be sent to you. All you have to do is deliver it to the branch nearest to you.
3- My Home team is working hard and within less than 48 hours of receiving the returned product, your new product will be shipped if available. If it is not available, we promise that it will not take time.
4- Upon receipt of the return, the procedures are completed (the product exchange period is 14 working days after its arrival at the store)
5- Replacement is for one time and the replacement order cannot be replaced.
▪️Second - Recovery steps:
The return process will be within 1 day of receiving the order, taking into account the condition of the product and returning it in its proper condition, and it will be from the first day of receiving the order. To ensure that the process is correct, let us learn about it:

3- My Home team is working hard. As soon as the product reaches us, the team will return the amount due to the card from which the payment was made within a period not exceeding 7 days from the product reaching us.
4- Upon receipt of the return, the procedures are completed and the amount will not be returned until 7 working days have passed.
Important points:
My Home Store deals with several shipping companies and the shipping company that suits you is chosen from the shipping options. The shipping company will contact you to arrange the delivery process.
In case of failure of delivery by the shipping company due to the customer’s lack of response, the shipping amount will be deducted and the product amount will be transferred.
The store does not bear any responsibility if you enter your address or data incorrectly, or if you do not respond to the shipping company’s call to receive your order.
Returns and exchanges do not include special and modified orders.
The policy is valid for 1 day from the date of creation, and the return or replacement request will be closed if it is not delivered to the shipping company within the specified period.
The replacement fee is borne by the customer if the order is a competition from the store.
There are no exchanges or returns for international orders.
There is no exchange or return for discounted products in the sales section, or in seasonal offers.
